As jobs goes live in the system, your event coordinator will monitor them, calling all chauffeur 1 hour before scheduled pick-up times to ensure they have the correct job details. The client will then be able to track online, in real-time, if the driver is on-site, passenger is on-board or if the passenger has been dropped.
